I'm back...
What did I miss?
What an amazing D’orc day! Utterly shocked, amazed, and blown away by the response to the comic book. If you haven’t heard, I sold out before release date and we put a second printing for release before issue 2, for March 4th.
Today is your last day to call your local shop and preorder issue 1 of D'ORC 2nd printing! I'm still a bit in shock to the response and I've seen bonkers prices for issue 1 out there already. I want to say that it's more important to me to gain a reader then a dollar, so only buy those first run comics if you have the means and are able. I tried to make the 2nd print cover just as awesome so there's no FOMO. It's printed on the same paper and cheaper than a coffee ;)
Thanks to everyone who read it and talked about it. It was all grassroots I had no idea. I took off for my birthday and let the comic speak for itself but you all did the talking!!!!
Check out the press release if you feel inclined.
HALF-DWARF, HALF-ORC, ALL SOLD-OUT
I will be doing D’orc Days on each issue’s release. I will figure out how to do a live stream drawing or talking and answering questions on those Wednesdays. March 4th will be the first one as Issue 1 reprinted goes out! More news as we get closer.
I really thought this was going to be a slow marathon to try to get people invested in my lil D’ORC.
Years ago I was doing tests to work out if the combination of physical funny mixed with word funny was going to work. Here’s just one of the many tests I did. As some of the true believers of what I’m doing I wanted to share with you the full 2 page test for myself. Thank you for making D’orc a success!
I am catching up on emails, new covers, but I wanted to break a moment and let people know to preorder your issue 1 and get onboard for D’orc! It’s going to be a fun ride.
I appreciate you.
Cheers,

That 2nd run cover is fantastic man. I just picked up my copy of issue on today, might have to grab the 2nd print just for the cover 👀
How do us folks in Scotland (without access to a brick & mortar Comic Book store) get our hands on a copy? Or do we wait for the trade paperback?!
